Good morning Jordan, I wanted to thank you for all you did to make Stefan and Megan’s wedding such a wonderful and beautiful evening. It was perfect...The Food was incredible...which always makes a wedding. Love it when people walk away saying the food was delish!!!!! I could not have imagined things going as smoothly as they did if you would not have been there. You took care of every detail and made it a perfect evening. I’m from south Louisiana and have been to many weddings. John Folse catering did my wedding and this was the best food I have ever had at a wedding!! I am not kidding, everything was so delicious. After the wedding, so many people told me how good the food was, even the ones who are hard to please. One thing I noticed that was different about them was they set out the food in batches instead of all at once so the food stayed fresh and didn't become overcooked and dry. They also did this artisanal cheese display that was as beautiful as it was delicious. Jordan, the sales manager, is so sweet and helpful. Dear Chef Folse & Staff, Thank you for preparing and serving the delicious luncheon. Everyone loved the food...there were so many compliments on your feast. My favorites were the passed tuna, the Fall soup, shrimp and grits and vegetables. Really-everything was delicious. The service was excellent! The servers gave individual attention to each guest and when a request arose it was granted graciously. Everyone was in a happy way, as was my own family, of course! You made it special. Our afternoon was celebratory thanks to each of you. Thank you again!

Dear Jordan, Haley and Staff, It has been over two months and I am still basking in the special memories of the graduation party. Than you all for the lovely details of the food preparation, presentations and the service that you provided– each beautiful detail was noticed and appreciated. Dear Jordan and Friends at Chef John Folse The Seafood Feast was absolutely fabulous and enjoyed by everyone. I loved the crabmeat, smoked scallops and delicious boiled shrimp. And really, everything was so enjoyed! What a pleasure it is to work together at family events and holidays! The quality of food and presentation (those beautiful shells!), service and organization from start to finish are the TOPS! Huge appreciation for all the fantastic events well planned and executed. Haley, Let me begin by thanking you and the others for a stupendous effort last evening. Our dignitary guests were literally “blown” away by the excellence of the evening. The quality food was superb. The service was impeccable as well as the timing of the service. Hi Haley, The meal that was served at our home by Chef Folse and staff was fantastic, and all of the guests who attended have called to tell us how wonderful the evening was. It was truly an evening that none will forget. The staff and service was equal to the quality of the food. Please thank everyone who made this meal possible.
